This tour is highly recommended, we have experienced a lot and can only recommend this. :)
Traveling with a group coming from many different countries is always cool, you get to know new things and speaking English will be fun ;-)
The whole excursions were great and we felt very comfortable.
Spicy our tour guide was always there for you and could answer all our questions and always had a laugh in the face, which always has a positive effect on you :)
If you want to see a lot of beautiful things, but also want to have some time for yourself, you should make this tour a must :)
Our highlight was a day at the beach, where we saw two beautiful beaches, the waterfalls breathtaking and two nights in a boat was worth an experience ;-)

Unser Highlight war ein Tag am Strand, wo wir zwei wunderschöne Strände gesehen haben, die Wasserfälle atemberaubend und zwei Nächte in einem Boot war eine Erfahrung wert ;-)

I just finished the 14 day Thailand Island Hopper tour and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I initially was only booked for the 8 day tour but decided to extend to the 14 day tour because I fell in love with the tour and the amazing people on it !! The guides, Arthur and Whiskey, were absolutely phenomenal and incredibly helpful - we could not have had better people guiding us through Thailand. From Arthur meeting me at the airport to them both always being able to keep us updated, they made us feel safe and secure during the whole tour. They were also always fun, super informative, and were one of the big reasons why I loved the trip so much. The islands were absolutely beautiful with my favorite stops at Khao Sok National Park, Bottle Beach, and Phi Phi Island! The itinerary was well planned with plenty of activities like boat trips and a Muay Thai lesson but also time for exploration and chill time. I was able to make friendships that will last a lifetime while experiencing so much of Thai culture. I would 100% book another tour on TruTravels and have already started planning my next trip! The places I went, the things I was able to do, and the people I met will stay with me forever and I can’t wait to come back to Thailand. A huge huge thank you to TruTravels, especially Arthur and Whiskey, for everything! 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a life changing time in Thailand !

Myself and my partner booked with TruTravels as the final step of our travels before arriving in Australia. At first we wasn't sure what to expect but this was honestly the best trip we done throughout the whole of our travels in Asia. We loved our tour guides (Eman and Spicey), the hotels were amazing and the locations/ activities were so much fun! The best part for us was visiting Gili Trawangan, the island is amazing, especially when snorkelling and having the chance to swim with turtles! We also loved the cooking class in Ubud (food is amazing) Eman and Spicey were so accommodating and honestly the friendliest people we have met on our journey so far, always making sure we were happy and that we were safe! Would highly recommend this tour!

The whole trip was well planned out and timed. Every island had something different to offer and you truly felt like you were hitting the very best spots of Thailand in such a short space of time. You truly felt like you were having a backpackers holiday. The travelling experience was made even better by the tour guides - Arthur and Whiskey were two of the most fantastic people I have ever met. Even after overnight ferries, little sleep and hangovers, they found a way to lift everyone’s spirits. They were informative, fun and inclusive - playing the role of doctor, historian and friend all in one. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone with a short space of time but eager to travel around Thailand and hit both historical and party spots of the island. Amazing, thank you so much.

This tour was absolutely brilliant. Our tour guides (Arthur and Whiskey) were amazing. They were the perfect combination of fun and energetic and also organised and safe. I have made some amazing friends on this trip and now have memories I will never forget. Some of my favourite experiences were Bottle Beach and also the pirate boat trip. This was also my first time out of Europe so I was especially nervous when arriving. Although I had a friend from back home to keep me company, I have no doubt that if she were not there, Arthur and Whiskey would have made every effort to make me feel comfortable and included. I also think this of the rest of the group as well as everyone was so friendly and I truly believe I have made some friends for life.

I went on the 17 Day Vietnam Explorer with the delightful Edna as our guide! She was knowledgable, professional, and practical at all times. I felt really safe and like I was going to all the best places in each location, both in terms of value for money and in local delicacies and having that unique cool factor. It was a wonderful mix of activities, city and beaches, nature and culture. Definitely would recommend and loved everything that was included. Really good value for money and plenty of inclusions - loved that I didn’t have to stress about transport once or wasting time, there was always something to do, and it was all well organised. The only thing I would suggest or raise is that as much as it’s good not to have a rigid structure for city exploring, there should have either been more time in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, or at least more guided and supported suggestions and recommendations. There should always be a list of recommended things to do and see or where to eat or drink so that the guide doesn’t have to repeat themselves or forget to tell us, and for us always to refer to just in case. This would also be helpful for historical background info.

Overall, really well done snd thought through, just should be more detail on itinerary and history/local delicacies/info provided for each place as this wasn’t always given. Solid 4/5 stars from me! :)

I had an amazing two weeks on this tour. It was jam packed full of fun activities and I felt I got to see the very best of Thailand. Khao Sok National Park was a particular highlight where we stayed in the floating bungalows. The boat trips around the various islands were also stunning. I thought the itinerary was well laid out and we had a good amount of time in each place.

Our guides Arthur and Whisky were excellent. They were a constant support throughout and you could always rely on them whenever you had any questions or problems. They were very organised with arranging transport and giving any information we needed, which made the trip completely stress free. Overall they were a huge factor in making the trip so special for everyone involved.

My experience in Vietnam was really enjoyable. It was a one in a lifetime experience in which I was able to take part in many fun and exciting day to day activities and explore different cities that I had never seen before.

This trip gave me an insight into how different the lifestyle and culture can be when visiting a completely different part of the world.

During this trip, not only has it given me the opportunity to meet people from different areas of the world it has also allowed me to encounter a great group of friends who I will definitely keep in contact with in the future.

Furthermore the trip would not have been the same without our tour guide Edna. Edna was the kindest and most friendly tour guide that I have come across during my entire travelling experience. She was an extremely organised tour guide and her priority was to ensure the happiness of our tour.

Edna worked hard each day in order to make sure that we receive all the information that we need as well as uploading all the photos from each day. This helped with the overall efficiency of our group as it allowed us to understand exactly what time and day each activity was on so that people were ready on time.

Edna would spend hours of her day to make sure that our group were happy. For example when I had an issue with my credit card and was unable to get cash out, Edna walked half an hour with me to the closest ATM and lent me enough money for the rest of the week until my card was working again.

In addition to this she also spent up to two hours of the final day of her tour helping me withdraw sea urchins from my feet even though she had a lot of work to sort out.

To conclude I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is thinking of doing it and would also recommend Edna as an amazing tour guide!!

Amazing! I booked this tour not knowing exactly what to expect, however as I am travelling solo the value for money, the friends I have met and the experience I gained was invaluable.
The tour guides, ALI (Northern Thailand), ARTHUR and WHISKEY (South Thailand) were incredible. They honestly were the highlight of the trip and I could and would recommend this trip to anyone.
4 Weeks Total Thailand was packed with activities, temples, information, history and the tour guides/large group of new people made it so fun.
The accommodation was always a great standard, some meals are included (more in the North) which is great for budgets and even in our free time the guides made sure we had options and plans to see extra sites or go out in the evenings.

Absolutely amazing 2 weeks on this tour made completely by the 2 tour guides, Arthur and Whisky have made this trip what it is full credit to both. Both were insightful and spoke well in there 2nd language. The best way I can put it is they made you feel like you were on a tour but it was like your mates leading it. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour from day 1 to day 14 . I never thought I'd come off this tour missing people especially the tour guides .. but they made me feel so welcome in there country.
