I can’t thank Dan enough for his help. I knew that I wanted to work in China, but had no idea what kinds of teaching jobs I was qualified for here. Dan is really knowledgeable about the Chinese education market, and after touching base for the first time was able to connect me with a company that runs training centres. Dan regularly collects testimonies from existing teachers on the companies they work for, and therefore was confident I would have a positive experience with the company I'm now employed by, which I have! They offer amazing onboarding support (helping me find a flat, dealing with upfront costs, paying for a hotel for the first few days etc.), comprehensive teacher training, and a flexible schedule.

Beijing is dynamic and really safe. I can't really speak to the social scene here yet as I'm a relatively new arrival, but I'm hopeful of a great social life once I get settled.
