Diversity & Inclusion 💙

As a female-led, local Thai family organization, we pride ourselves on a "family-first" culture that treats every participant with equal respect and warmth. Our community in Ban Lum is an inclusive environment where we provide personalized, on-ground support to ensure all participants feel safe and celebrated.
We operate with an open-door policy, welcoming all individuals into our family compound regardless of identity. Being female-owned and operated, we prioritize a safe, judgment-free space and provide local cultural guidance to ensure our LGBTQIA+ residents feel at home in Thailand.
Our residency is small and family-run, allowing us to offer flexible, individualized support for neurodivergent participants. We focus on clear communication and a supportive "village" environment to help everyone thrive in their teaching roles.
We assess accessibility on a case-by-case basis to ensure our local accommodations and school placements meet specific physical needs. While Thai infrastructure varies, our family team provides dedicated logistics and private transport to support participants with chronic conditions.

Impact 🌎

Our HQ is a family ecosystem featuring our own pesticide-free organic farm since 1945. We promote a "farm-to-table" lifestyle and encourage low-impact travel to ensure our programs benefit the Sukhothai environment and local community.
We focus on deep-rooted community impact through official partnerships with local schools and the Ministry of Education. By prioritizing local family-led management over corporate structures, we ensure that every residency supports the long-term educational growth of our heritage town.

Kid's English Thailand

Kid's English Thailand is a great professional agency that looks after its clients. They helped me a lot throughout the whole process of searching for a job, getting hired, and going through the necessary paperwork of becoming legally employed. Thanks a lot for that! Honestly speaking, I was really impressed by the level of their service as it was just brilliant and faultless throughout. Great staff, always followed through with promises. If you're looking for a job as an English teacher in Thailand, these guys will definitely help you! Big thumbs up!

What was the most unfamiliar thing you ate?
Thai food is really food. But the most unusual thing that I tried was fried insects

About Kid's English Thailand

I teach English, Science and Health in Thailand.

I was dropped off by the KET team in my city after 5 days of training, they also processed my paperwork properly, and I have got my visa extension for 1 year. By choosing KET, you don't have to worry about your paperwork just bring all necessary documents with you.

I can only say, that you can be sure that teaching job in Thailand is completely legal, you have nothing to worry about, just need to follow the instructions from KET's team and your school.

Even if you can find something uncomfortable, because of the culture and etc, just give another chance to this country.

P. S. In case of any issues with your school, you can be sure that KET's team will take care of you, and help with everything.

Excellant

The staff are professional and friendly. They made my transition from South Africa to Thailand smooth and stress free. I was picked up at the airport, delicious meals were provided, sim card was arranged, all paper work was taken care of and driven to their centre were I was immersed in a 3 day training course which gave me perspective on Thai culture and what to expect when teaching Thai students. They assist with getting me an awesome apartment and the school that I am currently teaching at is a delight. I had a great experience. Highly recommended !

What was the most surprising thing you saw or did?
When I went to the open air Thai market I saw tortoises for sale, lets just say they were not selling them as pets :)
