Sometimes learning can be intimidating, especially when you have stopped for a certain period of time. Initially, I was afraid of taking the TESOL/TEFL Online Course. With World Tesol Academy, I feel comfortable, they made the module easy to understand, and with the help of simple words. The lessons are easy to digest and the quizzes are a great refresher. Their TESOL/TEFL course offers a broader scope and a better understanding of the English language. After passing TESOL/TEFL I feel proud and confident, so now I am able to improve my resume. This course is a great value for money. It's very easy to register, to access and to do the course.
The platform is very well made and the progression through the course is very easy to follow. The course itself is simple in its writing and accessible by most, I myself isn't a native English speaker.
I appreciate the fact that you can take your time to do the course by having the option of a lifetime access and being able to pause whenever you feel like.
I didn't use the online help but I was reminded often that it was available.

This is a great course that provides the basic knowledge needed to teach.

Price of certification to be mailed and time seems off.
Some of it was long and boring.

The program content presentation was simple and easy to understand. While taking the course, I had the feeling that I was gaining valuable skills with great potential for professional self-improvement.

The course tasked my analytical thinking abilities extensively, but that I think should be the case and I am grateful to the designers for what I think is an excellent job! Also, I appreciate that their accreditation documents are in the public domain which enabled me to make an informed choice. If you are keen on acquiring a TESOL certification, based on my personal experience, I will recommend you enroll at World TESOL Academy.

The course is so infornative for me. The contents cover a wide range of aspects for teaching English. It helps me to overview about knowlege and skills which are essential for becoming an English teacher in the future. Moreover, I think it is helpful for people who would like to build a basement for their career in teaching English. Finally, I strongly recommend this course for those who are seeking for an accredited course in teaching English. I think I will enroll for the other course in teaching English for young learners soon.

Hello! One experience I had with World TESOL Academy is they are very supportive of my learning. In every module, they do not miss a reminder that whenever I feel lost, I could always chat with their tutors! How amazing, isn't it? Also, with time I didn't realize my account is about to end, they emailed to remind me to take on my classes. World TESOL Academy's curriculum is magnificent for beginner teachers and teachers with experience. They taught me the hows and whys of being an English teacher.

I found the course very useful. I acquired varies essential language teaching skills including different techniques and methods of teaching language learners of different levels.
The notes in each unit are appropriate, brief and precise and the quizzes are to the point.
However, the platform doesn't allow participants to engage with each other. This could have broaden our teaching skills and networks through the course. I suggest if the assessment includes assignments and demonstrations in addition to the quizzes.

I had a wonderful time to study English with this course, I had tried a few years before with another provider but I was not motivated to go through with this. For m, this is the perfect course to do when you have a little extra time for example while traveling. It does not have the same scope as a live course and probably not the same depth but its perfect as a start and to see if teaching english is something for you. It offers me some opportunities now, that I wouldn't have as a non-native speaker and there was a lot of valuable knowledge delivered. I love the layouts and the overview it gives as I am quite competitive. The course are rarely too long, I find all the classes are very well portioned.

Going into my experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas, my biggest fear was not being able to effectively connect with and engage my students due to language barriers and cultural differences. I worried that my limited experience in new cultural settings might make it challenging to communicate and build rapport.

I overcame this fear by investing time in learning about the local culture and customs, actively seeking feedback from students and colleagues, and adapting my teaching methods to better suit their needs. As I gained more experience and confidence, I realized that being flexible and open to learning from my students greatly enhanced my teaching effectiveness. My views on the issue evolved as I understood that building relationships and understanding local contexts are key to successful teaching abroad.
