Finishing the 120 hours of the Tesol certificate program is the best thing that has happened to me this year. The course contents are easier to understand and the explanations are quite lucid. Though the course is time-consuming its efficiency cannot be overemphasized. This course has successfully equipped me with the necessary know-how on how to teach the English Language both in an online setting and of course traveling abroad to teach it. One thing I must also comment on is the time allocated to finish the course and the support provided when needed.

120-hour TESOL/TEFL course was my excellent experience. There were lots of useful teaching points. For this course, I must achieve over 80% for each quiz to pass every single part of the course. This made me highly concentrate my efforts on improving education. After this course, I am very confident that new useful knowledge will surely help me in my career.

It wasn't my first time knowing some of the lessons. However, the strategic way of tutoring kept my interest in learning. Of course, there were so many areas that were like new but as the explanation was easy, I managed. During my studies, I could see and feel that the time given was enough to finish the course without pressure. Anyone having two or more jobs can make it. I appreciate your consideration.
For future, after an assessment please show how or where the student got wrong. It also helps them to make their revision.

I was already a TESOL-certified professional before I decided to get a new one from World TESOL Academy since the last time I completed my TESOL from another provider, I had a hard time asking for a copy of the certificate. Fortunately, upon seeing ads about WTA on Facebook, I doubted at first since they were offering it for a cheap amount, however, upon finishing the course, it was beneficial to review topics that are very useful for me as an ESL Tutor. The topics were on point and indeed relevant to my job as an English Tutor in an Online Classroom Environment. The certificate was given right after completing the course. The Support System was and still is fantastic! Great job, World TESOL Academy! Thank you very much for your support. Keep it up!

The program is amazing, you do everything at your own pace and there's assistance when you need it. It is also affordable and useful after completion. I got 3 job offers using this certificate and I took one from South Korea. I highly recommend this program to any other teacher who wants to travel and teach abroad. They also provide a reference letter if your employer needs it as well as full marks for the course and the description. I am happy that I chose this program as it has really assisted me.

Studying the 120 Hour TESOL Certification Course has enlightened me much about teaching English language both offline and online.
The course has taught me that English language is not just about speaking and writing it but a lot goes into it, especially with pronunciation, stress, intonation, conjunctions, interjections, affixes, a lot to mention.
I have gained valuable experience and now abrest with the techniques used in teaching beginners, teenagers and adult learners of English language.
The course has also introduced me to several ESL job opportunities, earnings, travel opportunities.
Previously, I had no interest in teaching but with this course, I have developed great interest in teaching.

Some modules are too long, especially modules 4 and 6

This is a great course, made by very pedagogic minds. It's easy to follow and the content is encouraging you rather than "testing" you. I learnt a lot and could fill a few gaps that are going to be great to use in my teaching of other languages too.

I would recommend this course to those teaching other languages than English too. I understand the English speakers better now and how they build their grammar. This is important to keep the enthusiasm up when teaching grammar.

Going into your experience abroad, what was your biggest fear, and how did you overcome it? How did your views on the issue change?

Going into my experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas, my biggest fear was not being able to effectively connect with and engage my students due to language barriers and cultural differences. I worried that my limited experience in new cultural settings might make it challenging to communicate and build rapport.

I overcame this fear by investing time in learning about the local culture and customs, actively seeking feedback from students and colleagues, and adapting my teaching methods to better suit their needs. As I gained more experience and confidence, I realized that being flexible and open to learning from my students greatly enhanced my teaching effectiveness. My views on the issue evolved as I understood that building relationships and understanding local contexts are key to successful teaching abroad.
