I had a wonderful time to study English with this course, I had tried a few years before with another provider but I was not motivated to go through with this. For m, this is the perfect course to do when you have a little extra time for example while traveling. It does not have the same scope as a live course and probably not the same depth but its perfect as a start and to see if teaching english is something for you. It offers me some opportunities now, that I wouldn't have as a non-native speaker and there was a lot of valuable knowledge delivered. I love the layouts and the overview it gives as I am quite competitive. The course are rarely too long, I find all the classes are very well portioned.

Great layout, attractive webpage, mobile version (perfect while traveling and long bus rides)
Easy language, great examples to practice and further pages to study on my own
well portions courses to keep going and staying motivated

Cons

Could include some homework to work a lil harder (i.e. a mandatory lesson plan or demo class)
Could include more video material or other means of teaching beside written text and multiple choice tests
It could be slightly more challenging and demanding

The first lessons mostly focus on the development of English words, then the lessons move on to dealing more with the students and managing a class/classroom. The quizzes are really helpful to keep you engaged. Don't quit when you fail a quiz. Keep going and you'll do well eventually. Repeating the lessons is also a great idea. I really found this program manageable in terms of difficulty. Taking notes really helps to remember some points. It's good to focus on the now when it comes to lessons about purchasing teaching equipments: The time to worry about that will come, just focus on getting the certificate for now. This course really made me feel like I can enjoy teaching as it helps someone to progress in life.

I've been working as an English teacher for 5 years. I work in a public university, so I took this course because I need it for my job. IAs I see it, I think the content was pretty easy to understand, simple and important. I really liked the video of microlessons instead of long ones.
I think this course gave me some more ideas to use different dynamics and activities in my classes. I only work with adults, and I have very little experience with young earners, but I also learned some useful strategies for teaching kids, in case I have the opportunity to work with children later.

I think the sections are interesting and concrete. I really liked that because some other courses use a lot of technical words and long texts, so it can get quite confusing if you don't know much about teaching.
I have some experience as a teacher, but I've learned new techniques, strategies and tips I can try out with my students.

I'm currently an ESL teacher in the UAE. Despite the many challenges, the experience has been enriching and amazing. This course has further enhanced my skills to make classroom delivery much more exciting and rewarding.
Modules were simple. interesting and useful. It was heart warming for me as I realised that my efforts during my carreer were on track and exceeded the expectations as outlined in this course.

top value for money i would say :D the cucriculum was on point. the model is very nice and the paced adequate. Absolulutely doable in 4 months. Now i can go teach wherever i want. i am thinking about going to cambodia or thailand next year. looking forward to making children get a better perspective in the adult world later as english is getting more and more important around the world. the go pro would be so nice to document this whole new journeys and share them with the world via youtube etc :)

The modules are very easy to follow which is necessary for an online course. The contents and topics of each module are relevant and useful especially for first time online or even classroom teachers. The quizzes at the each of module is very helpful for learners to know which topics need to be reviewed again to fully understand it. The suggested activities and exercises are also good inputs which learners can use for future teaching activities. I also appreciate that there are suggestions made on what tools and equipment are best to use for an effective online teaching.

It has been an awesome experience taking the course with world TESOL academy. Easy , informative ,and motivating is how I found this course.
I highly recommend it to all my friends. I also enjoy being a member of this community , as the academy is always offering job opportunities, new courses and updates.
