Great Summer!

I interned in London through Absolute Internship last summer and had a great time! I interned with a wealth management company and learned so much from my boss. She used to work for UBS and decided to start her own company after working with for a couple of years. It was very inspirational working in London over the summer.

I majored in finance and economics and wanted to do something that was related to my major. Absolute made the application process extremely smooth from the day I applied and I interviewed with my host company a few months before heading to Europe. I got a great first impression of my boss during the interview and was happy that she wanted to host me.

If you're looking into meeting a lot of students from all around the world with a safe, fun, well-organized and caring program - then Absolute Internship is a great choice. The program events were amazing. The staff (who took us to France, Brighton, London Eye and a few other places. We had events organized almost every weekend which was nice.
During one of the free weekends, I decided to spend a weekend in Brussels with a friend from the program which was really cool. Everything in Europe is so well-connected so travels between cities is very easy and quite affordable.

The housing was great too. I met so many people through the program and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Overall, I had a blast with Absolute Internship and would highly recommend it.

Best Summer Ever!!

What can I say?

My experience with Absolute Internship on the London Internship Program exceeded all of my expectations, all of them.
I was extremely impressed with the level of service (top notch from the day I applied), attention to me as an intern of the program. The staff was there literally there for us 24/7, available for us and really made us feel at "home" in London and part of a family. Always being enthusiastic, positive and talkative! I really enjoyed having them around along with the other interns that were part of Absolute Internship.

What made this program so great? The staff. My marketing internship (in a digital agency). The program events (loved Paris and Stonehenge and Bath) and of course the other interns.
I interned in a digital agency and I learned so much from my team. My colleagues were mostly British but some were from Spain and France as well. I was handed a project literally on day one, which I was working on the entire summer. We had weekly progress meetings which was great, I was able to get constructive feedback throughout the whole time from my manager which helped me do better at the internship.
We had events and day trips that were organized every weekend by Absolute Internship. Aurélie, Fredrik and the team did a fantastic job acting as guides. I can't forget the trip to Paris as that was my favorite along with the day trip to Stonehenge and Bath. Paris was so beautiful and thanks to Aurélie's local knowledge as she is French and had lived in Paris for many years, it made my weekend unforgettable. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. The Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur and all the fantastic local restaurants we went to was so amazing (Thanks Aurélie!!)

I would without doubt recommend this program to anybody. Absolute Internship is a great program!! You will have the time of your life!

Awesome summer!

Absolute Internship partnered with my university in Australia and I was recommended by my professor to apply to the program. The process of applying, getting ready for London and preparing for my adventure in Europe was very easy! I had always dreamt of traveling to Europe so this was a great opportunity to combine both travel and building my resume at the same time.

I learned a lot of great things at my internship. I worked for an international PR Agency that specialized in sports entertainment which was extremely exciting as we had clients that were in the soccer and rugby industry. I was involved with different projects at work and the manager really made me feel part of the team which I really appreciated. I still keep in contact with my manager and some of my colleagues at the internship.

The best part of the program is definitely the Absolute Internship community, the staff work so hard to make us feel comfortable and are great in building a community. The Paris trip was amazing... we spent the weekend in Paris and even though it was Winter in Europe I loved it, the culture, the food and all the beautiful sights that we visited. The people that you meet are also fantastic, the other students were all from Mexico, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Australia. We were such a great group!

I would definitely recommend Absolute Internship to any student who is looking into going to London for an internship. It will be the best summer of your life!!

What would you improve about this program?
Nothing really.. I would make the program longer! The time passed too quickly...
