As a recent graduate entering the real-life coding world, these past 6 months have been a thrilling exploration. When I face challenges, I ask my teammates, learn from them, and work together as a team. My team's support has been crucial, and in these 6 months, I've accomplished my tasks in the project I've been involved in. There might be a language barrier for those who can't speak Japanese. For me, everything was better than what I had expected. Accommodation, travel, food, people, and culture are a perfect fit for me and I've just fallen in love with Japan. I just finished my 5 month robotics internship in Japan and it was one of a kind. Professionally, my internship provided me with an invaluable glimpse into the world of Japanese work culture. The emphasis on precision, attention to detail, and strong work ethic was evident in every task I undertook. Collaborating with my Japanese colleagues taught me the importance of teamwork and effective communication, even across language barriers. Big thanks to Asia Internship Program for believing in me and my skills.

Had a lot of fun! It was an awesome time, and I'd definitely do it again. You get to meet cool people, try amazing food, and have an unforgettable experience. Even if the internship isn't exactly in your career field, I still think it's worth giving it a shot. The staffs in the company are really nice and helpful, so don't worry about adjusting – you'll get used to everything quickly. I love Tokyo; it's the perfect city for an internship. My favorite part was visiting Mount Fuji – it was amazing to see the more rural parts of Japan. The schedule is flexible, so you'll have time to explore many other places in Japan. Tokyo alone has so much to offer; it would take years to see it all.

I've been to Japan several times, but doing an internship here is totally a new experience for me. With the the help of Asia Internship program, specially my account manager, I got to live in Japan for real, not just as a tourist They match you up with awesome companies. Although the accommodations there are pretty small compared to other countries, it's still clean and accessible to everything. Big thanks to the the entire Asia internship program team who worked really hard setting up fun events to make sure everyone enjoys their time in Tokyo.

At Sakura House company in Tokyo I had the opportunity to enhance my work experience, being able to put my knowledge into practice, especially in the field of study of my interest. In particular, I could appreciate the internationality and hospitality at the heart of this company, which I found in many of my colleagues.

Even if some issues with the organisation had occurred due to some company situations, thanks to my kind and friendly assistant Herlyn, I was able to manage everything at the end!
 
So, I would definitely recommend an internship of this kind here in Tokyo, and above all not to let fear of the unknown guide you, but to be guided by curiosity and the desire to open up to the world in order to grow and get to know new realities.

Interning in Japan through AIP (Asia Internship Program) has been an incredible journey. I am immensely thankful for the opportunity they provided. 10 years! It was 10 years since I've been back in Japan and it looks even better than before. I first came here with my family and I instantly fell in love with the place. Every aspect of Japan when it comes to the culture, food, art just screams beauty. I already knew that this was the place that I want to end up in the future and I would like to thank AIP for making it come true. Not only did they find me an internship here in Japan, but they also found the right company for me to work with in the future. I still keep in touch with my colleagues and supervisor and are already in the discussion of a potential full time position. Things couldn't have been more clear to me and I have AIP to thank.
