My internship in Toronto has been one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. Not only did it allow me to gain real world work experience but it gave me the opportunity to meet incredible people from all over the world and opened my eyes to many different cultures. I am so beyond happy that I decided to come to Toronto, and am extremely appreciative of all those apart of the Intern Group for making the process of an internship abroad so simple. I highly recommend that everyone take the opportunity to have an internship abroad through the Intern Group, because it truly has been a life changing experience that I will always be thankful for.

Going to Madrid and being given the privilege to intern in a prestigious, niche biotechnological company gave me incredible personal growth that I did not realised I needed for my life. It has provided me with invaluable experience in science as well as the rare opportunity to live abroad at a young age, experiencing what it is like to work full time in a completely new country. It’s a life changing internship that can be challenging at times but the benefits that accompany this internship far outweighs the cons that I experienced. Shout out to those who are going to live on Calle de Orense, it’s the best place to live because it’s closest to all the best shops ;)

I went on this journey with a goal and that is to get more comfortable with European culture in general. But not only did i achieve that goal, Dublin is a beautiful city on its own. The Irish are great folks and the streets are really clean and flowers growing on the side of the road. The Intern Group is a grand company since they really care for us. They’ll ensure that we’re always enjoying our internship and we can speak to them if we’re having a hard time adjusing (for those not used to being away from home). They have booked a few attractions for us too just so we can enjoy Ireland more. I would strongly recommend The Intern Group to anyone who is planning to do overseas internship.

I interned at a creative marketing firm in the Melbourne, Australia CBD and loved it! I grew so much personally and professionally and the Intern Group was always available to help with any issues and to offer support in any way. I attended every single included event we had such as the Eureka Skydeck, wine tours, petting kangaroos and koalas, a rugby match, etc. The only downside to the trip is that the housing is pretty far outside of the CBD and not incredibly nice. But I think that's just to keep costs down. Overall I would definitely recommend the trip! It was the experience of a lifetime.

This was a wonderful experience, and if anyone ask me, I would definitely recommend it. This might be scary to go to another country, where people speak a different language, but the Intern Group takes care of you before you come, prepares you and takes care while you are there.
The internship in the company has an impact in your future, even if you are not sure whether that is the career you want. You get to know the real life in another country, get to know local people and learn something new. Also, that is an opportunity to make friends in another country!

I had an amazing experience. My internship was the perfect fit for me and I made lifelong friendships. My time in Madrid will always be special to me because it made me more confident in my knowledge and in my capacity to live independently. Most importantly, working with Ashoka helped me put my academic knowledge and life experiences as an immigrant to good use thus giving me not only the best possible working experience but a sense of purpose. For that I will be eternally grateful.

Shanghai is absolutely the city where you can have your perfect internship! It's one of the biggest financial and technological hubs where you can experience a different culture, have an amazing atmosphere for networking, and never be bored. Shanghai has everything to offer – from interesting businesses and job opportunities to one of the greatest social events.

My internship experience was excellent: accommodation was in a perfect location, I had chances to meet a lot of nice people from around the world, and I've gained some really valuable work experience. Of course, it wouldn't have been the same without the amazing coordinators of the Intern Group Shanghai – both Tommy and Olivia did a wonderful job taking care of all the needs and wants!

I'll definitely return to Shanghai someday in the future and I'd surely recommend this programme for anyone who's looking for an unforgettable international work experience.

I personally had an amazing experience and thought it helped me grow as a person. I met wonderful people, which is the reason it made my internship worth wild and had friendly co workers as well. Irene, (the person who coordinated all of the events) was the sweetest person ever and made sure everyone was happy and content. Irene was also one of the main reasons this internship for me was so memorable.

My internship in Dublin, Ireland with the Intern Group was truly incredible. I was paired with a job that gave me an immense amount of useful and helpful experience for my future career-path, and even though it's over, I'm still in touch with my co-workers and boss who are helping me to get jobs over here in the States, and have even discussed coming back over there to continue working for them abroad. As for the program itself, it was extremely well organized, and the three on-site program coordinators were some of the coolest people I've ever met. We loved spending time with them! I lived in a house with people who would come and go every few weeks, but they were also some of the most interesting people I've ever met. It was quite an experience, living and working abroad with students of about the same age doing the same thing. But I think it wouldn't have been as great an experience if it wasn't for the great effort of the Intern Group staff. I definitely recommend participating in an internship with the Intern Group if you want a quality experience working abroad. Who knows where it will lead!

Going abroad for a majority of the summer, I was honestly quite nervous going in. I didn’t know what to expect and was honestly just hoping for the best. When I got there the staff were so welcoming and supportive. I felt like I could always talk to someone if I needed to. The internship was great as well as it allowed me to advance myself within my field and I was able to work hands on with my boss and fellow coworkers. I loved being able to go out and do stufff with other members of the program. It made my experience so much more fun then me just doing it by myself. Overall I definitely rate this program very highly and recommend it to anyone.
