My experience was unique in such a way that I got involved in mentoring the English language to some high school learners while I was still busy with my online TEFL course.
Furthermore, they are non-English speakers in my area from Somalia. With my experience with the TEFL classes, I also managed to assist them with English word pronunciation.
Future participants must enjoy taking the course because, in my personal experience, I have learned that English is like a bridge that connects people, nations, and countries.

I truly appreciate what I learned from this course. My teaching skills improved significantly. I recommend to pay for it and enjoy the adventure.

I am currently teaching english to kids and adults, and thanks to this course I have become exceedingly skilled at my teaching. The Tefl Academy Online level 5 course is an excellent, organized, thorough and useful course for anyone looking for a part time job, extra income, or future career. Administration is made easy with an easy to navigate website and assistance is always there in case of need. I thoroughly enjoyed the course as it was helpful and engaging throughout. You are able to do it on your own time which is very convenient. At completion, there is further assistance in job searches as well as creating a CV. I learned a lot and feel equipped to begin the journey as a TEFL educator.

I definitely think that all English teachers should do a Level 5 TEFL course. The skills you’re taught are amazing, the assignment feedback in-depth and helpful and overall the course is extremely interesting. You are also provided with great guidelines especially how to set up a lesson plan. Also, you are given extra resources as recommended by TEFL. The units cover a wide variety of work. As a native English speaker I discovered things I never knew and have never experienced in my school days!

I am very satisfied with the Online TEFL Course, Level 5 Diploma. The course content is very informative, it's well laid out and easy to follow independently without assistance. I work full-time and the 6-months access to the online campus was sufficient (I advise you to have a studying schedule though, so as to not lose track of time). The assignments were challenging but the tutors' webinars and feedback are super helpful. I have to admit that I had lots of misconceptions about the teaching and learning process, really glad I decided to take the course, I definitely learned a lot. Overall, I would definitely recommend the TEFL academy to anyone who is interested in teaching English as a foreign language.

This course was very flexible and incredibly in depth. It’s divided into 10 sections each with an end of module test that can be repeated and 3 assignments that must be completed. The assignments were much bigger than I had anticipated so I would advise on not leaving these to the end like I did. The material was thorough and easy to understand however even as a native English speaker, revision and true understanding is needed. Some of the material seemed unnecessary however I suspect this is to equip teachers with more advanced learners. Job prospects seem promising and I was invited to many webinars.

This will be the third TEFL Course I have done and out of all the different companies and platforms TEFL Academy was by far the most engaging and helpful of the lot. The lesson units where packed with useful information and the test you knowledge quizzes at the end of each unit really helped reinforce the topics I just learned. The student support was also really efficient, they got back to me really quickly and where really helpful. Overall my experience with TEFL Academy was exceptional. 10/10

The course is very thorough and presented in a way that even if you are a non native speaker studying to teach English it is understandable. Multiple explanations and examples are presented alongside the material so there is little room for confusion. The material can seem a bit heavy especially if you are not used to using the methods presented- if this is the case independent research and reading is quite necessary. The response team to help tickets are speedy and on track with the aid provided. If you are looking to get a TEFL certificate I highly recommend doing it through this platform.
