I had a great time doing the course. I learned a lot of new and interesting things. The lay out of each unit was concise and straightforward. It wasn’t overbearing. This assignments might at first be a little daunting but they provide templates and examples and that’s really great. The resources were great and it never took long for assignments to be graded. It was definitely the best thing i decided to do in 2022. I would recommend this to anyone who’s interested in teaching and or even traveling abroad. It’s a great way to have a new experience. It’ll be a decision you won’t regret.

This program is great for people looking for a complete TEFL course that will give you a respected certificate and knowledge on many aspects of teaching English as a foreign language. It prepares you to organize many different types of classes and teaches you about many different things. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of a challenge and a course that will actually be useful in the future and look good on your résumé. I also have had a good experience so far with the support and have had no issues.

TEFL academy is a very organized institution, everything that's asked from the student is given as content, we have a lot of extra material to enhance our knowledge, you don't need to be afraid of the assignments, they are a way to help you organize your own strategies in terms of lessons and the TEFl academy gives you all the steps. Again it's very organized, but you will not have the experience of teaching, I think level 5 course's don't have it, but it's still worth it because you still plan how you'd give lessons for real

The content of the course is very good. I’ve learned how to teach a foreign language because of this course. With no prior experience to teaching, the content of the course helped me to understand all the recent methodologies of teaching English as a foreign language. The support by the tutors was alright, but could’ve been better. However, disputes all the positive experiences with the studying that was mentioned, I highly do not recommend anyone to take the course with The TEFL Academy for several reasons:
1- after the completion of the course, I waited more than 6 weeks to receive my hard copy certificate, but nothing was delivered.

2- When I reached out to the academy, they said that it most likely lost and I’m gonna have to pay for a replacement which was 37 USD. I asked them this time for a tracking number, they said “Our standard delivery service does not come with a shipping tracking number. And if you want to a tracking number, you gonna have to pay extra.”

3- They blamed me for providing a wrong address, although the provided address was completely accurate.

Their alumni’s service is really terrible. And for anyone else trying to get an online TEFL course, please make sure to check before you start and to inquire about all the post-course details.

The structure of this course is perfect for overseas and online learners. I love that you were able to complete the lessons at your own pace within a given time frame. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone who would like to embark on a versatile and fruitful career as the opportunities are endless with this diploma. Furthermore, the feedback you receive from the lecturers on your assignments are extensive and extremely helpful for future creation of lesson plans after completing the course.

Had a great experience with the TEFL Academy. Assessments were marked quickly and feedback was always helpful. The assessors provided helpful points after each assessment to improve my work. I also found the tests after each module to be a great recap of all the knowledge learned. The website was user friendly and had no trouble accessing the content. Every module had clear and concise information and I feel well prepared to become a TEFL teacher. Useful links were provided for all topics for further reading. Great experience with the TEFL academy all round.

The site was very easy to navigate. The units were adequately broken down and there were quick links to the side in order to access the different topics under each section. The information was relevant and the course was very interactive. I liked the inclusion of the additional reading material section. This allowed you to do further reading if you are interested. The end-of-unit tests were very good for revision and required you to have aa thorough grasp of the unit. The assignments provided sufficient challenge and the tutors responded in good time.

I selected The TEFL Academy because the content looked detailed, well-written and useful. When assessing a variety of courses, I looked at sample content and realized that I preferred self-paced textual content over an audio-based course. I thought that the cost of this course was reasonable and I'm glad that I selected this one. The tutor support was excellent, with very useful feedback, with quick turn-around. The material is clearly written and very practical and instructive. The course also supplies many links to other resources, so that one can expand one's knowledge outside of the boundaries of their course, and get to know what a wide range of experts are thinking about teaching. There are three very big assignments which solidify one's teaching ability, but take effort to complete.
