I was a TESL teacher in Asia as well as a teacher in the California public school system for 20 years. I have returned to the world of TESL as I search for an engaging retirement activity. I know this subject well. This course is an excellent high-value training that covers all the wide-ranging aspects of teaching ESL. It follows a logical and well-structured approach that forms a great foundation for beginning teachers to launch their careers in this field. The only thing new for me was online teaching and feel I am ready after completing that class.

enjoyed taking the TEFLE/TESOL course a lot as it seemed to me easy and informative. I completed it in 3 weeks. I got a lot of knowledge about teaching methodology and how to make your own lesson plans. There also were really helpful video materials in the course that gave me opportunity to see how work professional and well experienced teachers. Not only you can see how they teach but also how they solve behavioral-based problems or how they try to involve each student in the studying process. So when you watch it you can note some useful teaching hacks for yourself. After having completed this course I recomended it a few my friends who taught English as well. I believe that this course is needed to be taken not only because of the certificate but also for your professional development and increasing your confidence. It definitely improves quality of your work. Beyond everything above, during the whole course I could talked to my couch in case I have some questions. Moreover there was a chat with other students on the platform where everyone could discuss common questions or share their opinion and feelings. So without any doubt I can say that the game is worth the candle.

I enjoyed studying this course, and felt I actually derived value from it. I expected to just click through and attempt the quizzes quickly, but the content is delivered in an engaging way and is easy to follow. I also appreciated the useful teaching tips and examples shared. It was very easy to navigate their platform and access the course. My only issue was that sometimes I missed questions in the exams. It would be better if you are unable to 'submit' the quizzes without answering each question, so I could notice and avoid having to take the whole quiz again.

It was a nice experience to have studied and remembered the important aspects for teaching English as a second language. The material you can find is very clear and easy to understantd. You will get so comfortable reading and learning that time will pass by fast. It is a complete course that covers everything from how to handle beginners to advanced students; from how to deal with specific situations to how to deal with general aspects of teaching in a physical and virtual classroom. I wish it had more external material since links to different webpages are valuable. That does not mean it didn't inlcude any :D I enjoyed so much learning also about the different activities you can perform in a class. Thank you!!

The content in this online program is relevant, well laid out, concise, and timely. I was able to learn at my own pace, and as a full-time worker, I was still able to finish in less than two weeks. Finishing with a digital certificate is great for applications and the option for a paper certificate to display is even better. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but upon finishing, I would do it all over again. That's how valuable I think this program is for those who want to teach English abroad. I'm honestly very happy to have found a TESOL/TEFL course at an affordable price. I was a bit hesitant at first because it felt too good to be true, but everything exceeded my expectations. It was challenging, but also easy to understand. I love how they had consistent quizzes at the end of each session. This allowed me to see what my strengths and weaknesses were at understanding the material. The staff always answered my questions within hours.
