I had a wonderful experience. The course made everything look very simple, had very good tips to offer and the way it was organized was very nice to me. The quizzes were totally related to the learning and I loved that they set expectations all the way. Honestly, I had a lot of fun throughout the course; I could relate to many things mentioned in the modules. I also liked that they provided links to purchase material, even though it is advertising, it is useful to start. Thanks a lot! Totally worth it. I already referred a friend and he is on it :)

Overall, an accredited 120-hour TESOL/TEFL course will produce favourable results. The course covered various things related to TESOL/TEFL. Currently, the worth and demand of TESOL/TEFL cannot be denied as those professional teachers have such a course thereby they get an advantage of it. Besides, online tutorship is demanded in overseas countries. Therefore, I appreciate the World TESOL Academy team for making TESOL/TEFL online. However, it might be more beneficial if there had few live sessions with trainee teachers.

I joined in thinking I would already know the content and teachings but boy was I wrong! I learned so much from the course and immediately was able to use what I learned during my lessons and classes. I have improved so much with this course program and it has definitely made my life as an ESL teacher much easier. It wasn't only fun, it was also very easy to navigate and the support team was able to help me through with my enquiries with little difficulty. I definitely don't regret joining this course!

The course was easy to follow and interesting to complete! The only thing was that maybe it had quite a lot of text but it was engaging so it wasnt too much of a problem.
Id recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about teaching and start doing online TEFL teaching.
Will defo try some more courses to expand my knowlege and cant wait to hopefully soon put it to practice!
I dont know what else to write but I think you´ll enjoy it very much if you just give it a try, keep at it, make notes and have fun!

Going into my experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas, my biggest fear was not being able to effectively connect with and engage my students due to language barriers and cultural differences. I worried that my limited experience in new cultural settings might make it challenging to communicate and build rapport.

I overcame this fear by investing time in learning about the local culture and customs, actively seeking feedback from students and colleagues, and adapting my teaching methods to better suit their needs. As I gained more experience and confidence, I realized that being flexible and open to learning from my students greatly enhanced my teaching effectiveness. My views on the issue evolved as I understood that building relationships and understanding local contexts are key to successful teaching abroad.
