Accredited 120-hour TESOL/TEFL Course - World TESOL Academy

It was my first time completing an online course. At first, it was kind of difficult to get used to the platform and find my way to start the course. Once I got familiar with it the challenge was to set aside one hour a day to complete the modules. One of the things I liked the most are the tips provided. As stated in the course, knowing the language does not mean you are sure what is the logic behind the language.

On the whole, the course provides valuable information to start working as a teacher. However, I would have aprreciate a demo live lesson.

Very helpful and refreshing!I had really missed taking up such kind of course.I liked the fact that a lot of activities were included and practical tips.
I would suggest that the part about Nouns,Verbs,Adverbs, Adjectives and etc, the Tenses and the Conditionals could be more scientific and detailed.I mean for anyone,who wants to teach English, this is very basic.
The part about the motivation and praise towards our students (regardless their age and level) was very important and well articulateed

The online TESOL course was affordable and offered extremely excellent value for money. The information was provided in an easy-to-read format, and regular testing ensured deep understanding and comprehension skills. A wonderful refresher on rules and the grammatical nuances of the English language, whilst also offering practical strategies for classroom motivation and engagement. Caters towards various ages, cultures and levels of student abilities. Would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in teaching English as a second language- some of the skills I learnt may even help me teach myself French (my current side passion)!

I really enjoyed this course. Even as a teacher already with plenty of experience, I still gained a lot of knowledge and ideas from taking this course. The price point is also very affordable and competitive. Course content is well structured and concise. The quizzes at the end of each module are good to test your knowledge but if you read or at least skimmed the content, they shouldn't be a problem. The website and portal are also very straight forward and easy to navigate.

Overall I'd highly recommend it.

It was an amazing experience. I was able to re-learn the basics of the English Language and had new learning techniques on how to teach it to non-native speakers. The platform used was easy to navigate. I found the summary of lessons in every module helpful especially in preparing for the quizzes and the final exam. Everything was in place and was done smoothly from my enrollment of the course to the Final exam and the acquisition of the Digital Certificate. I am looking forward to my printed copy. Will definitely recommend these to friends who wish to teach English online and overseas. I find everything helpful for me to be ready for me to be a better teacher online and overseas. I was nervous at the beginning of the course; however, their content was clear and easy to follow. The introduction gave me an idea of what to expect as an ESL teacher. I learned about the various locations abroad where I can teach, the wages, types of learners etc. Each module has a great animated introduction video which shows you what will be covered in that module. The lessons provide tips on how to teach and introduce a specific topic to your students and provide plenty of examples. In some lessons, they further provide a link to get a hold of additional resources for both you and your students. World Tesol Academy teachers are readily available to assist when you get stuck or when you need clarity. I really enjoyed learning through them!
