Accredited 120-hour TESOL/TEFL Course - World TESOL Academy

The course was great. However, I entered it with the understanding that it was all I needed in order to teach English in the SE Asian country I reside in. I didn't realise that that is in fact NOT the case and that I cannot teach legally without a bachelor's degree. If I knew this before I started, I would have gone down a different route (working on my degree first, THEN doing a TESOL certificate IF NEEDED after that). The reviews and information about "TESOL certification being all you need to start" wasn't right. But I still found the course very helpful, and being 100% online it was very accessible and doable for me in my free time.

This is a detailed-course not only focusing on teaching of English but learning the language as well.
During the course, there are many competent trainers who are on the chat-box to provide and assist you whenever you face any difficulties. You could even clarify with them and they would assist you immediately.
Upon my graduating, this course gives me the confidence and preparedness to teach English to non-native speakers or anyone in any age-groups.
I encourage everyone to register for this course if you wish to speak good and proper English.

I received my Tesol/Tefl 120 Hours Certificate through World Tesol Academy Website. The website is very useful to use. I didn't have any problem while taking this course. I learned many things from this course. I recommend everyone who wants to improve his/her teaching skills online or face to face. There are also other certificates such as Teol-Teal-Teyl and ı also consider to take those courses. I enjoyed all lessons and looking forward to find my dream job overseas!

Despite awareness about really low price I've decided to try and complete this program. My main goal was personal check and I feel myself pretty satisfied now. I think this course will be interesting both for beginners and intermediate teachers. You will find useful resources and teaching techniques that will help you to understand more deeply this magnificent job. So if you still considering yourself a teacher and don't want to spend more than 100$ on a teaching program - this is the best option for you.

It has been a very nice experience to go through the course, I really enjoyed it and could not wait to start my lessons in the evening. I think it is a very good foundation for the next step in the career but then I think the real challenges will start and this course has given us the tools and information to manage those challenges effectively. I enjoyed how to prepare for class and the different types of learning and students you might encounter, and how to manage them. I am currently based in the Philippines and intercating with kids, young and teenagers on a daily basis, and here the challenge is social media. Everyone is either on FB or making TikTok movie clips, and that seems priority before any learning. A good challenge to get motivation back on track and a desire to learn whether its English or any other subject.

It’s exactly what you’d expect: a very basic introduction to teaching English as a second language. While the course contains all the basics of language structure, methodology you’d need to start teaching and provides links to some useful internet resources, it lacks, for example, a “recommended literature” list and “further reading” section. Although you can get everything you need from the CELTA course recommendation. Tests and exams are very easy to pass, although I have found some question’s wordings somewhat vague, which can hinder finding the right answer.

World TESOL Academy offers an extensive course to master skills in teaching ESL. I had a wonderful experience as I completed the course. It was also easy to navigate their website and I didn't have any problem accessing the modules. I learned a lot from the modules and I am now confident in taking a job as an ESL teacher. This really helped me widen my knowledge and skills that I will be needing to be a successful teacher. I would really recommend this to my friends who also aspire to become an ESL teacher abroad.
