It was an interesting course, and is really well structured a little challenging but overall not too difficult, definitely worth doing and well worth the money. The course helped me improve my knowledge of teaching methods and helped me improve my English language skills.The course opens up a lot of oppertunities all around the world. You might still have to go to university but there are some jobs which don't require that. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to travel or improve their English skills.

The course is accessible, easy-to-follow, and thought provoking. With ample time and resources, interactive activities, and a well organized format, the course gives you a solid base in technical knowledge, teaching strategies, lesson planning, and interacting with students. The material and assignments made it very easy for me to imagine myself in a real classroom. There was a large emphasis on making lessons as individualized as possible for your students. A wide variety of hypothetical situations opened my eyes to what types of opportunities exist and made me feel prepared for any situation. After taking this course I feel confident in my ability to teach the English language and in my ability to manage a classroom.

TEFL academy's level 5 TEFL online course is a great way to get an internationally-recognized teaching certification in no time. It is self-paced and you're granted more than enough time to complete the whole course. Provided you are native in english (or C2+ level), you will progress smoothly through the different units and the way they are made makes you easily retain the information you read. The course is clearly made by teachers, for teachers. :) The assignments are challenging enough, each one will take you a good bunch of hours to complete and you can't be lazy if you want to get a good grade. The tutors provide very quick yet complete feedback and reviews.
Finally, the course is more than affordable once you realize the world of opportunities it opens for you. Go for it !

I loved this program. It was very well structured, easy to follow, gave me a good overview of English and what is required to teach it to EFL learners. It was very comprehensive, in that it covered all of the elements of the language, and provided numerous resources and ideas on how to teach those elements to a variety of English learners, from total beginners to those advanced enough to read and understand high-level news articles. I found the more advanced exercises very stimulating, as I had to work to determine what the students might already know, so as to not bore them. Excellent program.

I really enjoyed this course! I spent quite a lot of time researching which course to go with (as there are many different TEFL companies) however, I was really glad I chose this one. I found it the right amount of challenging, with a lot of interactive activities and 3 assignments. My assignments were marked VERY quickly, with detailed feedback each time. I hope to use the qualification when I go travelling, however there is the option to use it to teach online also. However I choose to use it, I'm happy that I did it AND PASSED!

I am a first time teacher and was not sure if the TEFL Academy would be right for me. So after enough research, I decided on this company. I am more than satisfied with what I have gained through this course. I feel much more confident and have learned so much about teaching and what it entails. It was definitely worth the money and would truly recommend this to anyone wanting simple yet effective information to make anyone a great ESL teacher. I found this program very interesting! Not only did it increase my English knowledge, it also provided me with resources for different methods of teaching. The end of unit tests were handy as they consolidated the information from each unit. The period of 6 months is an ideal amount as learning time can be slotted into your everyday program. This qualification is recognized in so many different countries and I will be able to teach before I finish my university degree. I cannot wait to begin using this qualification to teach people from all over the world!!

I didn't know what to expect through this course, but I was pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly and engaging the content was. As a beginner in all things teaching, I felt nervous and many times inadequate. A great thing about this course is it gives many possible and likely scenarios that will be faced in the classroom, and now that I am made aware, I can proceed with the best course of action.
