Accredited 120-hour TESOL/TEFL Course - World TESOL Academy

I have been teaching English for 3 years and I went through several local teachers' training programmes in Sri Lanka. But I wanted an Internationally recognized certification. So, I found this TESOL/TEFL course at the World TESOL Academy. This is a great course which covers all the aspects that should be known as a teacher of non-native students. I learnt a lot about the proper planning of the class and the way to teach on online platforms. One of the best things in this course is whenever I needed help with a doubt I got a chance to message a tutor and get help.

I used to be an English tutors for high school students and after giving a birth to my baby, I have a stronger desire to teach English for my baby. That's the reason for my enrolment on this TESOL courses.

While studying each module, I might realize what I had missed in my previous teaching methods. Now then, I am more professional in my career and might deal with all age groups. To tell the truth, I should have learned this courses earlier.
One key point for my choice of the World TESOL Academy is for time-flexibility. It doesn't take me time to drive to the academic institutions while all I need to do is a learning environment in my own house, a laptop and a notebook.
For what I like best about the TESOL courses of the World TESOL Academy is content and platform, especially the module 4,5 and 6, which are really helpful for my future plan of teaching TOEIC students.
To conclude in 1 sentence, it's worth trying and make efforts and you will get catch a break afterwards.

I really liked that there are examples of how you can conduct your lesson with small or adult learners. I liked the information whoch was given for online teaching because I was planning to do it and there were a lot of new aspects which I didn't think about.

I have learnt English in different Ways, but learning from this TESOL platform I have got another experience. First I thought it will be boring but, actually it was really interesting for me. In each and every lesson there is an introduction where they explain everything in that module. Specially I love that introduction video in each and every first lesson. Also I love the way they showing the examples where we get an extra knowledge about everything. And it’s making easy for us where they give unlimited attempts in quizzes. And we get motivated when they ask us to have more than 80% in each quiz.

The course was the start of a new beginning. I am originally from Holland. Last year I moved to another country. I was figuring out what to do with my life. Talking English was something that I always liked to do. So when I saw this course I decided to give it a try. The lessons where every clear, and the quizzes in the end of every lessons gave a clear view if you understand the content. It also worked very stimulating for me to continue. I am so happy that I passed my exam. This certificate gives me opportunity to keep my freedom, but also earn money. I am free to move as long as I have internet. I am so thankful that this came on my path.
