The program is fairly easy to follow and is mostly focused on problem-solving and concrete milestones that constitute offline and online teaching alike. I personally found it a little lacking in theory and at times excessive with detailed repetition, which in turn accounts for being sufficiently meticulous and helpful to suit virtually anybody. I'm not sure I can properly evaluate the tutoring ecosystem as it was presented within the program since I never encountered an issue to contact the tutors about throughout the course. Overall I had a smooth, satisfying, hassle-free experience with this program. Hoping it will prove useful to me in the near future.

The course layout is very interesting and student friendly. The tutors are really helpful. I found out a lot of new things on how to teach. The course is writen in a very easy to understand way. It's perfect for what it is designed for, and for me it gives me proof of something that I have already been doing for almost 20 years. The content of this course was well explained and complete. When I needed assistance, they helped right away. This course gave me the necessary skills to teach non-native speakers in my country. I could not say a con about this program because it covers the most basic part of the English language to managing the class and problem students. I found that the module on lesson plans was the most entertaining one because I could compare the different teaching styles and decide what plan was best for my class.
