It covers the necessary topics without using complex lingo that allows everyone to understand how to teach ESL. I will very much use the obtained knowledge in this course in all my classes with any student I may encounter. It is a little easy to scan through the lessons, but even while scanning it good information was provided, so there's not many negative things to say about the TESOL. To conclude, it is an accessible, affordable and very helpful course that will benefit you in a big way! Very recommended.

This was my first time doing an academic course online. It was a thrilling and exciting experience! It was very insightful. I have learned new information that I believe will have a great impact on my teaching career. The most fun part of learning for myself was testing myself and getting tested by my friends. I was nervous as there was a lot that I did not know about the English language, even though I am an English Native speaker.However, when I took the test I was surprised by how much I had learned and obsorbed. I’m sharing my experience as it was such a positive one. I was well conversant before enrolling in the program. However, to become an ESL teacher is a whole different level. So, as I’m looking forward to become an ESL teacher in Vietnam next year it was essential for me to grasp certain vital elements that in my view are mandatory to become one. From teaching techniques to how to handle a class room, encouraging students to engage in class and to cater to all types of students were few of the many important things I learnt.

I recently completed the TEFL course at TESOL Academy, and overall, it provided a solid foundation for teaching English as a foreign language. The curriculum covered essential aspects of language teaching.

However, one notable drawback was the limited support provided for teachers who might be required to teach subjects beyond English, such as homeroom teachers. The course seemed primarily focused on English instruction, leaving some participants seeking additional guidance when faced with the challenge of teaching other subjects.

While the TEFL program is well-designed for English language teaching, TESOL Academy could enhance its offerings by incorporating more comprehensive support for educators who find themselves in diverse teaching roles. This adjustment would ensure a more inclusive and beneficial learning experience for all participants.

I think the information that I read is very much in depth and highly beneficial. However, it seems like there is too many writing. It is not engageful enough for me. I think more colours and pictures should be added. Or even more videos will be more interesting, I think there should be a takeaway module too or a place to take notes. In that way, I am also moving and taking notes as I am doing my reading,I think only reading was a bit challenging to finish such an insightful topic. Less writing and more visual for me.
