Fist of all, I am so satisfied with the experience that I had with you course program. I have learned the essential knowledge to embark on a professional career as a teacher of English Language. In my opinion, it would be better if you can add some videos that explain the methods and techniques of teaching English. Otherwise, I can say that every single part of the program is really well worth it. I encourage every future teacher to enroll in World TESOL Academy to get everything you need to become a successful teacher.

During whole of my life i was learning English by taking different, disconnected parts. Most of my English is taught by computer games and films. It became a mess in my head and i didn't know how to use it properly. Now i know. This course made me to do a big cleanup in my knowledge and add some essential tools and approaches to English. Now I can not only use a daily speech in general situation, but have a long conversation with people, cause i am understood the construction of English on English)))

As a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education, World TESOL Academy has greatly contributed a lot in my profession. Online classes requires certificates like TEFL/TESOL and I can definitely be proud that I have finished the 120-hour TESOL course. I would definitely apply all my learnings as a future ESL Teacher. This is also a great way to enhance our resumes which would give a positive impact to our employers. This has also built my confidence especially in the online classroom settings. I learned so much! Really useful. I am happy with the knowledge I have now gained by working through this program. The Program was amazing since it offers flexible study time, that is you can login anytime and study.
Quizzes at the end of every topic helped me grasp the content well before I could do the last examination.
The tutors answered the questions I had quickly through the mail or the chat icon on the right bottom of my screen.
The quizzes were marked quickly and right answers provided for the ones wronged, this helps to identify mistakes early enough.
The content provided is extensive and covers almost everything I needed to learn.
I can now say, am ready to to teach English overseas confidently and comfortably.

A bit expensive to print and ship certificate

The program is refreshingly instructive and massively useful for every ESL Teacher. Every aspect of the English Language is comprehensively treated, with specific techniques/methodologies to teach them both to live Students and Online Learners.
More so, the evaluation quizzes at the end of every module were surprisingly tasking because one could not get the required percentage without comprehending the concept and salient highlights of each topic being discussed.
Also, there is.no pressure on when to get done with the course as one is allowed to work at one's pace.
To crown it all, the Trainee is given the lead on how to teach online, names of companies that are into online teaching, and how to prepare demo classes for interviews.
I recommend this course to every ESL teacher who is interested in Continuous Professional Development and becoming an international ESL teacher.
It is an eye-opener and I am exceedingly delighted to have taken the course.

Going into your experience abroad, what was your biggest fear, and how did you overcome it? How did your views on the issue change?

Going into my experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas, my biggest fear was not being able to effectively connect with and engage my students due to language barriers and cultural differences. I worried that my limited experience in new cultural settings might make it challenging to communicate and build rapport.

I overcame this fear by investing time in learning about the local culture and customs, actively seeking feedback from students and colleagues, and adapting my teaching methods to better suit their needs. As I gained more experience and confidence, I realized that being flexible and open to learning from my students greatly enhanced my teaching effectiveness. My views on the issue evolved as I understood that building relationships and understanding local contexts are key to successful teaching abroad.

Answer: One memorable experience from teaching English abroad was organizing a cultural exchange event where my students and I shared stories and traditions from our respective cultures. If I could do anything differently, I would have started incorporating these cultural exchange activities earlier in my teaching.
