I found this program and engaging and appropriate for the level I was looking to achieve, especially with the three assignments – they were just challenging enough and gave me enough creative freedom to hold my interest while still fulfilling the course requirements. The course gave me all the tools I needed to achieve my objective for my teaching English as a second language job/qualifications. I did find the grading of the assignments to be maybe a little bit inconsistent: my first two assignments I thought were good, and I was scored “with merit” (not complaining about that), but I thought I did particularly well on the final assignment, and I was only given a “pass” grade. Kind of disappointing.

I never thought I could make it! But the courses are so comprehensive, the material accurate and the bibliography so complete that I had everything to succeed. I just needed to start and believe in myself. This experience has been life changing and I hope that schools and universities around the world will recognize the TEFL ACADEMY quality teaching experience. I feel so much more confident and ready to start my journey as an English teacher. I have got to discover new skills and so much interesting websites and materials I am just inspired and feel I have a lot to share now. I really recommend the TEFL course level 5 to anyone who has a good level of proficiency and is curious to start teaching English as a professional. It really is worth it!! I will never forget this learning experience!

The course was engaging. The assessments were a great way of checking and affirming the knowledge along the way. Great feedback from teachers on assignments and whilst the assignments were tricky and time consuming, they were beneficial. The course doesn’t take as long as is given. There is plenty of time to complete. Great course, critical in starting my career as a teacher in Georgia. I enjoyed the course and the opportunities it’s given me are life changing.
