The website is extremely user- friendly, making it very was to navigate around and use. The work material is very easy to understand and study. I certainly learnt a lot from this course. It is a great way to jog your memory regarding the English language terms, grammar and tenses. The assignments are a bit tricky, but the fact that it challenged me, made me feel so proud once I passed each assignment and also showed me where my strengths and weaknesses lie. The facilitators give wonderful feed back.

The course was presented in an easy to follow structure. It did not seem overwhelming and scattered. Some of the assignments are a little difficult but they provide you with templates and resources that help guide you. The last assignment can be a little overwhelming and there is a lot of moving parts but if you apply your knowledge correctly then you can get through it. I didn't use any of the online assistance because i didn't need to but it is there for you. They have extensions in case you need to extend your enrollment which was really nice. The only problem I had with them was sometimes I would not get responses back within 24hrs when trying to re-enroll. But they made sure not to charge me when I went over the enrollment date. Great course and I learned a lot. I am glad the assignments were a little difficult because now i feel prepared.

There are multiple trials for the graded part of work, and you receive plenty of content and resources for learning and completing the graded work to get your certificate. Overall; it was a good experience and the course offers relevant learning content.

I have yet to leave on my adventures but having done the course with TEFL Academy I feel confident in my abilities to be the best I can be.
