ITTT Online TEFL/TESOL Course

I studied foreign language education at the university, but got into management after. I decided that I was wasting my life not seeing the world. This program was perfect for me and my background. The course was easy because I had studied similar topics. The difference is that this program helped me reach my dreams. I am from Ohio, but I currently live in Turkey. I have an amazing career that ITTT helped me find after receiving my certification. They also have a great Facebook page that I can follow to learn more about TEFL employment opportunities and the TEFL community. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to see the world.

The online ITTT course worked well with my busy schedule. I am a mom of four, and was easily able to balance studying and life. Although I am not directly teaching English right now, what I learned has definitely helped me in my current position at an international school in Nicaragua. I am a librarian and also taught English to 9 the graders for a short while. What I learned with ITTT has made me more aware how most of the students at the school learn and how I can help them.

This is a good course as long as you are self motivated. It is not difficult but you need to put in the time and effort to read and complete the course. They send links of places where you can find teaching jobs but it's very general. I already had a job lined up in Korea, however if I hadn't of had that I think they would have been very helpful in helping me to find a job as they respond quickly to emails.

I found the online TEFL course to be extremely beneficial, and the support staff to be courteous and helpful. The flexible hours worked well with my busy schedule as I could work around it. The organization of the course flowed smoothly and I was able to complete the course without any issues. The materials given were useful for actual lesson planning and I used in my own class when I went to teach English in South Korea.

I was very happy of the course and it was a great experience. I didn’t use the tutor enough the first time but will be less stubborn now. Thanks for this Ittt.
It really helped me find a job in teaching and improved my lesson planning. My English lessons impacted my students learning and it has great examples.

I am currently living abroad in West Africa. It is such a fantastic opportunity for me to bring my love of kids and teaching into the sphere of really making a difference in people's lives.

I have been a yoga instructor and massage therapist/instructor for 10 years and I wanted a change of pace and to teach in a different way and travel. This is such a great way to work, travel and enjoy life.

I really appreciate the organization of this process - the units and testing. It is challenging and inspiring. It is very educational and I feel like I am gaining great skills and competence to really make a difference in the lives of those I will be tutoring.

From tutoring experience in the past with individuals and groups of all age levels and educational levels, I see this as a great fit and next step in my journey and discovery of more of the world.

So far the staff has been helpful and has answered questions I have had in a timely manner. I look forward to where this will take me and definitely recommend the program to others.

The online TEFL program is easy and convenient to navigate. I was able to complete this program while working full time and going to school and having a small child. I was able to complete the modules around my schedule. The curriculum was easy to follow and support was available if needed. Only concern is that I have been unable to find an online assignment using the certification. I have a Masters in Education but have been unsuccessful at finding online teaching TEFL positions.

This is an accredited Course. That's the very first thing I wanna tell you. Secondly, the course without tutors is inexpensive compared to others I've seen out there. You can find free online TEFL courses which I checked out thinking I could save some money and would NOT recommend. I quickly returned to the ITTT website and signed up. The free course of that other website was filled with so many grammatical errors, you'd be ashamed of yourself if you ended up with a certificate like that.

ITTT is definitely worth the $239usd I spent for my 120hr course with no tutor. I loved the choice of being able to complete this course over 180 days. The multiple choice questions are not a walk over, so don't underestimate them. Tread carefully because you need a really good average to complete the course. I'm not gonna lie, there were times I hated having to do the MCQ's because I just wanted to hurry and do everything but the more you rush, the more your grades will suffer. So slow down and try to do 2 units per day if you see that the units are short enough for you to do that. You need a 70% average to pass but don't limit yourself to that. You need patience as well to do this, trust me. I signed up in December and completed my course in February of 2018. The lesson plan was the hardest challenge I faced with this online course but I completed everything and now I have my pristine certification for Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I was so proud of myself that I updated my resume with my new acquisition the very day I got it in the mail. Now, I work in China teaching children and the course units helped me prepare for it. Units like classroom management, lesson planning, and different ESA strategies have helped me in the classroom. Plus, after getting your certicate they also send you emails to tell you which countries you can find a job in and their blog has many helpful topics I browse through. The most recent one that caught my eye was saving for your student loans. So yeah, I would recommend ITTT to you to get started in the ESL world. I absolutely see how I got my money's worth with this course.
