Before now I had taken a free TEFL course which I finished and got a certificate. But using it to apply for jobs overseas it lacked a deficiency which is; it was not recognised globally by international recruiters. And recruiters require certification from well accredited TEFL academy which prompted me to search for a body globally and internationally recognised by recruiters. From my search I found World TESOL Academy.

The course modules, teaching and delivering methods is at par. The use of written method and audiovisual contents with examples stood out for me. It helped me to understand what has been explained in the written form.

It was such an amazing experience for me in order to boost my teaching experiences. I got a lot of productive educational materials, sources, and activities, which I can implement during my classes. I really loved video materials which made it easy to understand materials. Exam questions after each module was also so useful for practicing the theoretical aspect of learning. During the course I appreciated the small notes and diagrams, which were really helpful for focusing new materials in our brains. So thank you for such an amazing program for teachers. I believe a lot that the insights I gained will help me so much during my teaching journey.

After successfully completing the 120-hour TESOL Course with World TESOL Academy, I feel even more prepared for my online classes. I learned a whole lot of useful tricks and found new resources. It also served as a good refresher course for me especially when it comes to tenses. Each lesson has a recap and a table summarizing the topic which I found quite helpful. The demo classes available are good sources to see how lessons in the course are applied. I highly recommend this course to aspiring teachers.

The course content was amazing!

I really didn't think there was so much to learn about TESOL classes. To me, as an actually TESOL Student, having Portuguese as birth language, didn't realize how much effort is to teach a new language and how it can be tough sometimes. Here I saw many ways to make a good learning environment.
I learned new things, remembered old things and watched real classes in video.
What would be great is filming adult classes, but I really think this course is complete, helpful and good!

If you did this all over again, what's one thing you would change?

More videos.

I honestly enjoyed this course a lot and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their teaching skills, even if they have no prior experience, like I did. Becoming an English teacher has always been a dream of mine, to help people improve their language skills, achieve their goals, and become better. However, I had no idea where to start until I found this online course, which helped me a lot and really opened my mind. So, if anyone is having doubts about whether it's good or not, just go for it. There are no regrets.

What was the most surprising thing you saw or did?

I was taken aback by the sheer volume of grammatical content that was presented. However, upon further reflection, I realized that this is a testament to the importance of proper grammar. By paying attention to the details of language, we can communicate more effectively and convey our ideas with greater clarity. So, while it may seem daunting at first, taking the time to learn and understand grammar is a valuable investment in our Communication skills.

This course is the best Educational Online Course I've ever subscribed to. It's all that any 21st century English tutor and Educator will ever asked for.

This TESOl course should be taken by all 21st century Educators, it contains all that should be taught and how it should be taught.

Going into my experience teaching English as a foreign language overseas, my biggest fear was not being able to effectively connect with and engage my students due to language barriers and cultural differences. I worried that my limited experience in new cultural settings might make it challenging to communicate and build rapport.

I overcame this fear by investing time in learning about the local culture and customs, actively seeking feedback from students and colleagues, and adapting my teaching methods to better suit their needs. As I gained more experience and confidence, I realized that being flexible and open to learning from my students greatly enhanced my teaching effectiveness.
